Wicked Fun

We had wicked fun this Labor Day weekend. Sunday night we joined Mania and Reza for some theatrics at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood. We saw "Wicked". If you have not watched "Wicked" then I highly suggest you do; just don't attend when it is 100+ degrees outside. The theater was sold out and the a/c wasn't able to accommodate all of those hot bodies. We had a great time and the musical was amazing. The costumes were marvelous. The acting was superb. The songs were catchy. Forewarning: Wicked memorabilia is expensive! We paid $42 for a t-shirt ... crazy!

I would also recommend you read "Wicked" by Gregory Maguire. The story line is so much more than meets the eye. It is political. It is all about perceptions.
