At our house we have a bad habit of letting food go bad. Its not as though we sit the food down and explain to them they can go bad, it just happens. So, the next time your bananas go brown make cookies!

Those look very yummy...good use for brown bananas.
Other uses for brown bananas:
Banana ice cream
Peel them and cut them up into blender size chunks and freeze them. Once frozen, blend them until smooth. No sugar, milk, or any other ingredients necessary. Yum!
Banana French Toast
(a great way to use stale bread too!)
Stale bread works better than fresh bread. Mash the bananas with some soy milk (or regular milk) and coat the bread. Then fry the bread like regular french toast. Top it with your favorite preserves or powdered sugar.
